Ocular Therapeutix, Inc. held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 11, 2019. The following is a summary of the matters voted on at that meeting.

 

(a)                               Ocular Therapeutix’s stockholders elected Seung Suh Hong, Ph.D., Richard L. Lindstrom, M.D. and Leslie J. Williams as Class II directors to serve until the 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, each such director to hold office until his or her successor has been duly elected and qualified.
