Ocular Therapeutix, Inc. Announces Public Offering of Common Stock

BEDFORD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 23, 2017-- Ocular Therapeutix, Inc. (NASDAQ: OCUL) announced today that it has commenced a registered underwritten public offering of $25 million of shares of its common stock pursuant to a shelf registration statement that was previously filed with and declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by the Company.

Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. is acting as the sole bookrunner for the offering.
